1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible, items must be:
    • Unused and in their original condition.
    • In the original packaging with all tags, manuals, or accessories included.
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons, including:

  • Opened or used educational kits, puzzles, or activity sets.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Discounted or clearance items marked as “Final Sale.”

 

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.
  • We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
  • Please provide photos of the product and packaging to speed up the process.

 

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days and credited back to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

5. Exchanges

  • We currently offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items only.
